Saxena ji i.e. actor Sanand Verma of the popular TV show ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ recently shared the experience of working with veteran Bollywood actor Gulshan Grover in the web series ‘First Copy’. The actor told that ‘In one scene, he slapped me without wasting any time, I got very angry, but at that time I did not say anything and just kept doing the scene.’

Actually, recently Sanand Verma had appeared in Siddharth Kannan’s podcast. Where he spoke openly about the shooting of ‘First Copy’ series. He said, ‘One day the shooting of a scene was going on, in which Gulshan Grover slapped me really hard without telling me. At that time I felt like slitting this man’s throat, but I remained silent. I have not said anything till date, I am telling you here for the first time. He did this intentionally, it was not acting..’

During this time, Sanand Verma also remembered the character he played in Rani Mukherjee’s film ‘Mardaani’. The actor said, ‘I had to be slapped in that too but my co-actor Digvijay came to me and asked if he could slap me because the director had said so, after listening to him I also agreed.
