After the death of late industrialist Sanjay Kapoor, his property worth about Rs 30 thousand crores has now become the cause of a big family conflict. In this case, Karisma Kapoor’s children are on one side and Sanjay Kapoor’s third wife Priya Kapoor is on the other side. The dispute has become so deep that now the matter is not just about property, it has also reached children’s education and school fees.

Karisma Kapoor’s children’s claim
In Delhi High Court, on behalf of Karisma Kapoor’s children, it was claimed in the court that their school fees have not been deposited for several months. On behalf of the children, it was said that about two months of fees were outstanding which could affect their studies.

However, now Sanjay Kapoor’s third wife Priya Sachdev has filed a reply in the court on this claim. The senior lawyer appearing on behalf of Priya clearly said in front of Justice Jyoti Singh that the allegations related to school fees are completely false. He told that the semester fees of Karisma Kapoor’s daughter has already been deposited and around Rs 95 lakh has been paid for it.

Sanjay Kapoor’s wife took full responsibility – lawyer
The lawyer also told during the hearing in Delhi High Court that after the death of Sanjay Kapoor, Priya Sachdev is handling many responsibilities alone. Children’s education, living and other necessary expenses are being met on time.

Actually, after the death of Sanjay Kapoor, there is a dispute going on in the family regarding his will and property. Karisma Kapoor’s children Samaira and Kiaan have filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking a share in their father’s property. The children allege that their stepmother Priya Sachdev has allegedly tampered with Sanjay Kapoor’s will.

Actress Karisma Kapoor and the children of her former husband and businessman late Sanjay Kapoor have claimed in the Delhi High Court that their father’s will is fake. The children say that the son’s name has been written wrong in the will and the daughter’s address has also been given wrong, which clearly raises doubts.

Karisma Kapoor’s lawyer made serious allegations

Senior lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani, while arguing in the court, said that such carelessness cannot be done by such an educated and intelligent person. He said that the will has been written in such a general and careless manner that it lowers the image of Sanjay Kapoor himself. Samaira Kapoor and her brother have filed a petition in the court saying that this will is not genuine. In this, no correct details of his father’s properties, jewelery and digital assets, crypto etc. have been given. Shraddha Suri Marwah, who is said to be the executor of the will, was also never informed that she had been given this responsibility.

Karisma Kapoor’s lawyer said that changes have been made in the will.

Mahesh Jethmalani, lawyer of actress Karisma Kapoor in Delhi High Court, said that this will is allegedly dated March 21, 2025 but changes were made in it several times before and after that. Investigation revealed that the will file was created from the computer of a person named Nitin Sharma while at that time Sanjay Kapoor was on leave with his son. He raised the question as to why a person would prepare his will on someone else’s computer. He said that there are contradictions between WhatsApp chats and documents too. The file of the will was changed several times, the certificate is incomplete and no lawyer was involved.

Delhi High Court asked questions

While hearing the case, Delhi High Court asked whether Sanjay Kapoor had made any will before. On this the children’s lawyer said that he had no information about this. Now the next hearing of this case will be on Tuesday.
