Delhi High Court has issued a notice to late businessman Sanjay Kapoor’s second wife Priya Kapoor in the will dispute. Karisma Kapoor’s two children Samaira Kapoor and her brother have demanded investigation of the original document of their father’s alleged will.

Regarding this, Delhi High Court has asked Priya Kapoor and Shraddha Suri Marwah, who are the executors of the will, to file their reply within three weeks. The next hearing will be held on 16 December.

Karisma Kapoor’s children allege father’s will is fake

According to the lawyer, when this argument was given in the court, a new application was filed on behalf of the children.

Karisma Kapoor demands investigation into sealed will

The children of actress Karisma Kapoor have demanded in the Delhi High Court that it is necessary to examine the original will deposited in a sealed cover because the difference between the original and the fake cannot be understood by looking at the certified copy.
