Shiv Sena Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray (UBT) faction leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut has targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over the selection of Subhendu Adhikari as the Chief Minister of West Bengal. He said that everyone should congratulate the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which never breaks its traditions. No one will be able to hold his hand in maintaining the tradition.

Sanjay Raut spoke about BJP and Shubhendu Adhikari

He said on Friday (May 8, 2026), ‘The name of the Chief Minister of the new BJP government of West Bengal has been announced. Subhendu Adhikari will take oath as the Chief Minister of Bengal tomorrow on Saturday (May 9, 2026), but it is surprising that against this very Shubhendu Adhikari, the people of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the entire BJP had launched a big campaign against corruption. He was caught taking bribe on camera, on camera! And then for months and months on the entire Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Twitter handle and social media, only Shubhendu Adhikari was talking about how corrupt a person Shubhendu is.

Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut said, ‘This happens in politics, Tamil Nadu politics is very fickle. Is very fickle.
