In this case, Sarla Mishra’s brother has made serious allegations against Digvijay Singh.

After the order of Bhopal court, the case of Sarla Mishra’s death is being reopened. Sarla’s brother had pleaded with the court, after which Judge Palak Rai of Bhopal Court has ordered a police inquiry again.

Police investigation did not happen correctly- Court
In fact, in the police investigation, the death of Sarla Mishra was described as suicide, but now the court has admitted that the police investigation was not done properly and the police has been ordered to re -investigate and submit the report.
