Children get sleep break in Japanese schools

In Japan, sleep is considered important for both body and mind. This is the reason why in many schools, colleges and offices there is a provision for taking rest or power nap for some time. According to the report, children in schools are given time to rest for 20 to 40 minutes after lunch. It is believed that due to this, children are able to concentrate better on studies again and studies do not seem a burden to them. Apart from Japan, in many schools of China also children are given the facility to rest for some time after lunch. Children have been given the facility to take power naps by providing pillows and sheets. Besides this, children in China have to warm up not once but twice a day. Here in schools, children are given 1 hour time to eat and after eating, children can also sleep for some time.

In Japan children are made independent
