Standard Ac Temperature: As soon as the month of June starts, the heat has reached its peak, Delhi and the surrounding cities are getting fierce heat. Those who are coming out, they are facing heat stroke. Every year this temperature is constantly increasing, which is seen by connecting with global warming. Many things are responsible for this, which we use. This includes your fridge to AC. The heat emanating from AC heats our environment, due to which strict rules are being made in many countries.

Shimla -like temperature
Whenever you go to a mall or your office, you feel cold, while the heat of the heat is so much that people become unconscious. Most people keep AC temperature of 16 ° C or 18 degrees. That is, they need a feeling of cold even in the fierce summer. However, the same thing is becoming very dangerous for the whole earth.

There are rules in many countries
Many countries have started taking steps regarding AC temperature. It includes countries of America, Japan, Italy and Middle East. Where a standard set has been done about AC’s temperature. That is, a limit has been fixed, below which the temperature cannot come. In the US, this limit has been set 21 to 24 degrees, 23 to 25 in Italy and 26 to 28 degrees in Japan.

Preparations are also being done in India
Now, if we talk about India, then all the ACs used here cool up to 16 degrees Celsius, due to which people have to stay in the office. At the same time, people at home enjoy AC with comforter or blankit.

In view of this, preparations are being made to do AC limit in India by 20. It is being told that if this decision is made then the minimum temperature will be 20 ° C and it can be increased to 28. This will not only save the electricity bill of the people, as well as the damage to the outside environment can also be avoided to some extent.

Also read – Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla will cultivate this thing in space, this experiment is very important

In many states of the country, the heat is at its peak and the capital Delhi is also not untouched by this. The temperature here has crossed 45 degrees Celsius. In such a situation, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert of Lu (Heatwave) in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and parts of Uttar Pradesh. Actually, cases of heatstroke are increasing due to the scorching heat. In such a situation, know what to do and what not to do to avoid the heat in this hot summer of Delhi?

what is heat and why it is dangerous?

Lu is also called heat stroke or sun stroke. This is a condition in which body temperature is more than 40 ° C (104 ° F). This happens when the body is unable to bear external heat and the system of controlling its temperature fails. According to experts, heat can cause dehydration, multi-organ dysfunction and death in severe cases. Children, elderly, pregnant women and already sick people come quickly in the grip of heat.

Why does Delhi feel more heat?

Many research has revealed that due to ‘Heat Island Effect’ in urban areas like Delhi, the effect of heat is increased. Actually, here, concrete forests, vehicles emissions, and lack of greenery increase the temperature.

This is how the symptoms of heat stroke are

Body temperature is more than 104 & deg; f (40 & deg; c).

Skin to be red, warm, and dry. Sweating stops.

Headache and dizziness, even the problem of unconsciousness in severe cases.

Nausea and vomiting, problems of stomach cramps.

Walking sharp pulse and difficulty in breathing as well as the body’s oxygen balance deteriorates.

Muscle cramps due to dehydration.

In these ways you can protect against heat

Keep the body hydrated: Drink at least three to four liters of water a day. To avoid dehydration, drink some water every 30 minutes. Apart from this, you can complete the deficiency of electrolytes by drinking ORS, lemonade, coconut water or sattu syrup.

sunshine prevention: If there is no necessary work, then stay in the house from 11 am to 4 pm. During this time the risk of heat is the highest. If the work is very important, then get out using the umbrella, cap, or cotton scarf.

Diet change: Eat things like curd, buttermilk, lassi, cucumber, watermelon and mint. This keeps the body cool and protects against heat. At the same time, raw mangoes balance electrolytes.

Guidelines for schools in delhi: The heat outbreak in Delhi is continuously increasing. Keeping this in mind, the Directorate of Education (Health Branch) has issued a new guideline for all government, aided and private schools. This guideline is the expansion of the previous circular issued on 27 March 2025 and its main objective is to take care of the safety and health of the students.

First of all, there will be no afternoon assembly in schools. This decision has been taken due to strong sunlight and rising temperature so that children can avoid sunlight. Apart from this, no class will be taken in open grounds or grounds now. All classes will be inside the room only.

Prohibition of external activities

All types of external activities such as sports, races or other physical activities have been stopped during heatwave. Until the weather is normal, children will participate in the activities inside only.

Schools must ensure that clean and cold drinking water is available for children. All water coolers and RO systems should be in the right condition. Along with this, fans should run properly in all classes and the ventilation of the rooms must be good.

‘Staff or guardian does not sit in strong sunlight’

Students will be given a break from time to time to drink water so that they can avoid dehydration. In addition, fire extinguishers in all corridors should be in working state. Children will be motivated to use hats, scarf or umbrella to avoid sunlight. It is important to take care of any student, staff or guardian in the strong sun or stay outside, it is important to take care of it.

If a student has a disease related to heat, then ORS and first aid facility will be available in the school itself. It will be mandatory to give information about every such case to a nearby hospital or health center. The already implemented cleanliness and safety rules will also be followed strictly. All these measures have been done keeping in mind the safety and health of the students.

Also read: After becoming the mayor of Delhi, Raja Iqbal announced to end users charge, full focus will be on them
