Google co-founder Sergei Brin has asked the employees to increase their hard work to strengthen the company’s AI leadership. He has especially advised to work 60 hours per week. A report states that Brin also advised the employees to come to office in working days. He wrote, “I recommend to stay in at least every working day office.” Brin also told Google’s Gemini AI models and employees associated with applications that their hard work is necessary to keep the company ahead in competition.

He specially inspired engineers to use Google’s AI models in coding. According to Brin, by doing this he can become the world’s most skilled coders and AI scientists. They believe that Google has all the necessary resources to move forward in AI, but the employees will have to work hard.
