Usman plays T20 International cricket for Pakistan. He was seen playing for Pakistan in the 2026 T20 World Cup. In 5 matches of the World Cup, he took 10 wickets at an average of 14.10.

He has played 9 T20 matches in his international career so far. While bowling in 8 innings of these matches, he has taken 18 wickets at an average of 11.16. During this period he spent runs at an economy of 6.66.
