The Gujarat Titans was running at the top of the points table until 12 league matches, but due to losing the last two league matches, they had to be satisfied with the third place in the table, suffering losses. On the other hand, Mumbai Indians have made it to the qualifier-2. The second qualifier match will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium on 1 June, in which Mumbai Indians will face Punjab Kings.
