Share Market News: There was a continuous decline in the stock market in the last five days. After which suddenly on Monday there was a strong rise in the Indian stock market. Due to which the glow on the faces of the investors once again returned. Sensex increased by 776 points to close at 76,836 and Nifty increased by 228 points to close at 23,996. With this rise, the total market cap of BSE listed companies increased by about Rs 5.10 lakh crore to Rs 481 lakh crore.

In the Sensex, shares of Eternal, Indigo, Infosys, Bajaj Finance, Asian Paints, Mahindra & Mahindra and Bajaj Finserv rose by up to 6%. While a slight decline was seen in the shares of HDFC Bank, Power Grid and Axis Bank. Buying was also seen in midcap and smallcap shares. India VIX, which indicates market fluctuations, fell by about 10% to 12.66, which strengthened the confidence of investors.

The reason for the sudden rise?
After continuous decline in the last five days, the sudden rise surprised everyone. After which now the reasons behind this are being discovered. Mainly five reasons are being given for this change, which are as follows:

• The current halt in attacks between Iran and America has increased the hope that the situation will improve. This created a possibility of reducing tension in West Asia and normalizing maritime trade. The effect of which has been seen on the stock market.
• After the tension subsided, there was a sharp decline in the prices of crude oil. India is currently dependent on Iran for crude oil, hence cheap crude oil is considered good news.
• The market had fallen significantly in the last one week. In such a situation, investors bought good shares at low prices, which supported the market.
• Due to low yield of government bonds in America, investors’ inclination towards stock market again increased.
• Due to the large number of good companies in India, foreign investors (FPIs) can again increase investment in the Indian market in the coming times.
