HDFC Bank- The bank’s board has approved the appointment of Rajiv Kumar as Additional Director (Independent Director) of HDFC Bank for four years with effect from June 30. Axis Bank- Axis Bank Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Puneet Sharma has resigned from his post, which will be considered effective from August 30. Bandhan Bank- Rajiv Mantri, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of private sector bank Bandhan Bank, has resigned from his post to move to the next phase of his career, which will be effective from September 25. Yes BankThe board of Yes Bank, a private sector bank, has approved raising funds up to Rs 7,500 crore by issuing equity securities and up to Rs 8,500 crore by issuing debt securities. However, this decision is still subject to shareholders and regulatory approval.

RITES- This infrastructure company of the railway sector has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Container Corporation of India (CONCOR). Under this, both the companies will collaborate on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development and improvement of CONCOR’s terminal and logistics projects (from concept to commissioning).

Juniper Hotels- Tarun Jaitley has resigned from the post of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His resignation will be considered effective from July 15.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy- This company in the renewable energy sector has received a big order from abroad. These also include an order worth about $560 million for the West Minya Solar Power Project in Egypt’s Minya Governorate.
