Which includes Section 196 (1) (A) to promote enmity between groups on the basis of religion. Section 299 which is imposed for the work done with the intention of hurting religious sentiments. Section 352 which is for the possibility of disturbing peace and intentionally insulting someone. So at the same time Section 353 (1) (C) which is about to excite a particular class.

Pawan kalyan support sharmistha panoli: Kolkata Police has arrested Instagram Influencer and Law’s student Sharmishtha Panoli from Gurugram in Haryana. He uploaded a video about the silence of Bollywood actors regarding Operation Sindoor. In this video, he made objectionable remarks on a particular religion, on which the controversy grew. Meanwhile, Sharmishtha Panoli has landed at Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan Maidan in Andhra Pradesh to protect Sharmistha. He targeted TMC against action against Sharmistha.

BJP described Sharmistha’s arrest as illegal by BJP

Leader of Opposition in West Bengal Assembly, Shubhendu Adhikari, described the arrest of Sharmishtha Panoli as illegal. He alleged that the Trinamool Congress has taken this action to please a particular vote bank, while he has not taken any such action against his own leaders till now.
