1979 film ‘Gautam Govinda’
Govinda and Shatrughan Sinha have worked together in many films and their on-screen pairing has always been a hit. Dharmendra was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai after his health deteriorated. He was treated for several days before being discharged from the hospital on November 12.
