Electric two-wheeler maker Ultraviolette’s Shockwave Electric Motorcycle has received good response from customers. More than 1,000 bookings have been found a day for this recently launched electric motorcycle. Ultraviolette had a price of about Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom) for its initial 1,000 customers. This offer has been increased to the next 1,000 bookings.

After this, the price of Shockwave will increase to about 1.75 lakh rupees (ex-showroom). This electric motorcycle has a slim design. It has high-bold and vertically stacked headlamps with dual-pro-proceedctor LED lights. Shockwave usually has a high handbergle seen on the rally bikes. Its seat is easily merged with slim tail section. It also has a handbare for better off-road handling. This frost will be available in white and cosmic black colors.

The IDC range in the single charge of Ultraviolette Shockwave is about 165 km. The output of this electric motorcycle is 14 hp of power. Shockwave’s top speed is 120 kmph. It can reach a speed of 0 to 60 kmph in 2.9 seconds. It has a 4 kwh battery. The range of its single charge is about 165 kilometers. However, Shockwave’s delivery will begin in the first quarter of next year.

Ultraviolette with this electric motorcycle also introduced its first electric scooter Tsseract. It has also received good response from customers. More than 20,000 bookings have been received for this electric scooter in two days. The company had said that there will be a special price of Rs 1.2 lakh (ex-showroom) for its initial 10,000 bookings. This offer has been increased to the initial 50,000 bookings. The design of Tsseract is inspired by a combat helicopter. It has an apron with sharp lines and twin headlamp setup with DRL. It will be available in four colors – desert sand, sonic pink, solar White and Stealth Black. This electric scooter has features like 7-inch TFT touchscreen, built-in navigation and ride analytics. It has a 34 -liter storage space.
