Irrfan Khan 5th Death Anniversary: Filmmaker-director Shoojit Sarkar has written a beautiful and emotional letter for the latest actor Irrfan Khan’s fifth death anniversary. While sharing the post on social media, he expressed his pain and told how much he is missing Irfan.

Praising the late actor Irfan Khan, Shoojit Sarkar wrote in the caption- ‘Dear Irfan, wherever you are, I know that you will be doing very well. You may have made many friends there too and I am sure that people must have become crazy about your attraction, like we are all your crazy. He further wrote- ‘I am fine here. But there is one thing that you probably do not know Irfan, how much people love you here and how much you miss you.

Remember the beautiful moment spent with Irfan
The Shoojit government wrote- ‘I miss our support with Jhal Muri food, the beautiful time spent together, laughter. Your thoughts on life were always attractive to me. I cherish those moments. When you were in London, remember our long conversation about spirituality and science? How deep those things were.

Shoojit Sarkar said that he has suggested books of Irfan. He wrote- ‘I have your suggested books and I often think about our discussions on life and death. Your smile and your mysterious eyes are settled in my memories. It is difficult to live every day without you, not easy. This is a big emptiness.

Referring to the two children of Irfan Khan Babil, Ayan and wife Sutapa, Shoojit further wrote- ‘Irfan, I want to tell you that Babil and Ayan are fine. Babil and I play football together and I have become parents for him. Don’t worry, I am taking care of them. Sutapa and I often talk. Together with Ronnie, we have completed a project for Babil. He is becoming an excellent artist, gradually making his place in the industry. I am sure he is on the right path, as you thought for him.

Irrfan Khan worked with Shoojit Sarkar in the 2015 film ‘Piku’. The film is produced by NP Singh, Ronnie Lahiri and Sneha Rajni. In the film, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone were seen in the lead roles along with Irrfan. The film also stars Moushumi Chatterjee, Jishu Sengupta and Raghubir Yadav in important roles.
