The Shravasti administration has taken major action on illegal tombs. Encroachment was freed by the government property by demolishing the illegal tomb on the reserved land of the Nagar Palika Parishad on the Bhinaga-Sirsia road. The administration, municipality and revenue department have taken action under the joint campaign.

Let us tell you that this land segment comes under Gata number-121, area under 0.1420 hectare municipality Bhinaga, it was reserved for storage of timber. The administration was getting information for a long time that the tomb has been constructed by some people illegally occupied by some people. After this, the administration showed strict action against unauthorized occupation of government land.

Information was given to the parties concerned before the action

On the instructions of District Magistrate Ajay Kumar Dwivedi, a joint team of officers of the Nagar Palika Parishad, Revenue Department and Police Force was first demarcated and identified the possession and the concerned parties were informed. After the scheduled time, on Tuesday, the entire administrative staff reached the spot and carried out action against the illegal tomb.

Action taken in the presence of police force

During this action, all the constructions including illegal tomb were demolished by the administrative team and the land was declared completely occupied. During this time, a large number of security forces were also deployed on the spot, so that no unpleasant situation arises during the action.

The District Magistrate said that the illegal construction done on the reserved land of the municipality has been removed under the legal process. This action was necessary to maintain law and order and protect public interest. No one will be allowed to occupy government land in future.
