Gautam gambhir at siddhivinayak temple: Gautam Gambhir, the head coach of the Indian cricket team, has reached the Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai. Gautam offered prayers in the temple with his wife Natasha Jain. The head coach of the Indian team went to seek Bappa’s blessings before India’s tour of England. From common people to Arubatis, Matha comes to tenders in this temple. However, the earnings of this temple have been tremendous. During the financial year 2023-24, the Siddhivinayak temple earned a record of Rs 133 crore, which is the highest earning so far.

According to Bella Jaisinghani’s report, during 2023-24, he earned Rs 114 crore, but in 2024-25, this amount increased by 15% to Rs 133 crore. It is estimated that in the next financial year i.e. 2025-26, the annual earnings of Siddhivinayak temple could increase to Rs 154 crore.

The temple administration has to say that from cash to online transactions and gold and silver, this temple earned a big income from devotees. Also, this income has increased due to increasing number of devotees and online donation options. The temple has received 7 crore donations from gold and silver, 98 crore received from donation box, 10 crore from other sources like worship booking and Prasad.

In fact, millions of devotees reach the Siddhivinayak temple every year on Ganesh Chaturthi and other occasions from Bollywood stars to businessmen. However, like the Siddhivinayak temple in India, other religious places also get hundreds of crores of rupees in donations. The annual earnings of Venkateswara Temple in Andhra Pradesh are about 1500 crores to 1650 crores, which is charged.

Whereas the Padmanabhaswamy temple in Kerala has earnings from 750 crores to 800 crores every year. This money received in donations is done on behalf of Siddhivinayak Mandir Trust on the maintenance, security, expansion works as well as education, medical facilities, help of the poor and social welfare schemes.
