At the end of 2025, China announced that it would impose strict controls on silver exports. This means that now no company will be able to send silver out as per its wish. It is worth noting that China is the world’s second largest silver producer and also the largest consumer.

Like selling biryani is better than selling rice. The same model is now being applied to silver. For this reason, supply is decreasing, demand is continuously increasing and investors are making panic buying.

Will silver become the new gold?

Amidst the skyrocketing prices of silver, the big question now is, has silver become the new gold? Will the common man ever be able to buy it cheaply?
