In this study, 30 patients were researched, which revealed that the quality of sleep in the conch shell improved up to 34 percent, while the sleep was reduced during the day, the oxygen level improved, the Hypoxia index saw a decline of 4.4 percent. While playing the conch, the person has to breathe deeply, which increases the capacity of the lungs. There is more pressure to play the conch, which strengthens the muscles of the throat and the tongue and does not block the airways in sleep. Apart from this, the vibration generated from the conch activates muscles and improves breathing process. </p>
