<p>A recent research has revealed that lack of sleep is the main reason for the brain being old before the time. Actually, sleep gives the brain an opportunity to protect and repair. Not taking enough and good amount of sleep increases chronic inflammation in the body, which directly affects the brain cells i.e. neurons.
