In such a situation, middle berth passengers can sleep with their seats open from 10 pm to 6 am. According to this rule, if a passenger wants to sleep on the middle berth after 10 pm, then the passengers sitting on the lower berth cannot stop him. This time is considered the official sleeping time and all passengers have to follow this rule. </p>
