Zappfresh Share: Shares of DSM Fresh Foods, a company that sells fresh meat products under the Zappfresh brand in India, will be in focus on Monday as it is going to enter a new segment. DSM Fresh Foods informed in a press release on January 3, 2025 that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of Avyom Foodtech Private Limited (AFPL) on January 2, in which it will get 51 percent stake in this ready-to-eat food company.

With this acquisition, DSM Fresh Foods now formally enters the ready food solutions segment, which includes ready-to-eat (RTE) and ready-to-cook (RTC) categories. With this deal the company will be helped in expanding its reach in the foreign export market.

Deal will be done through cash infusion

DSM Fresh Foods will make this deal through a cash investment of Rs 7.5 crore and then will buy the shares of Aviom Foodtech with the same. After the cash investment, the company will have 51 percent stake in AFPL. The company says that after getting the approval of the board, the company can also consider involving external strategic investors in AFPL by issuing a fresh issue. The purpose of this structure is to ensure strong coordination between operating management and long-term capital partners, as well as support the company’s objectives for strategic growth.

The acquisition includes land measuring approximately 5 acres, a fully operational food processing facility, and associated plant and machinery. Apart from this, liabilities like bank loans and trade payables are also included.

After this news of acquisition, there may be movement in the shares of DSM Fresh Foods on Monday. On Friday, January 2, it closed at Rs 140.50 per share on BSE, which shows a decline of 2.53 percent compared to the previous closing price.

Multibagger small-cap stock: Shares of power cable and conductor supply company Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd are going to be in focus on Monday, 29 December 2025. Actually, the company has received a big order worth Rs 66 crore for supplying power cables.

In the information given to the stock exchanges, Diamond Power Infra said that it has received a letter of intent worth Rs 66.18 crore from EPC contractor Hild Projects Private Limited to supply power cables. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not included in this.

The company told the stock exchange through its filing, “We would like to inform you that our company has received a Letter of Intent for the supply of power cables worth Rs 66,18,25,690 (excluding GST) from Hild Projects Pvt. Ltd.” This contract is scheduled to be completed between January 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026. Let us tell you that Hild Projects Private Limited is playing the role of EPC contractor in this project. This order is based on kilometer rate basis with PV formula.

The company received multiple orders

This is the fifth order the company has received in the month of December alone. Before this, the company has received four more orders in December 2025. According to the filing data, the company has received orders worth Rs 55.54 crore from Bondada Engineering on December 17, 2025, Rs 57.58 crore from Rajesh Power Services on December 16, 2025, and orders worth Rs 75.13 crore from Amara Raja Infra on December 11, 2025.

In December 2025, Diamond Power received the largest order from Adani Green Energy, which was worth Rs 747.64 crore. Under this, the company has to supply power cables for Adani Green Energy’s Khavra and Rajasthan projects.

In an exchange filing on November 1, the company said that the board, in a meeting held on Saturday, approved the issue of foreign currency convertible bonds worth $40,000,000. “This is to inform that the Board of Directors of Kelton Tech Solutions Limited, at its meeting today, has approved the issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds worth US$ 40,000,000 (Forty Million US Dollars),” the company said in the filing. It was approved by the members in the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025.

Earlier this year, the company had issued Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) worth a total of $10 million, of which the floor price of each bond was fixed at Rs 106 per share. During that time, the company had said in its regulatory filing that it had never defaulted in any promise related to FCCB before.
