In such a situation, many people are worried that it can affect their health. But staying fit does not only mean walking. Its real purpose is that your body remains active and energetic. Even if you do not get time to walk 10,000 steps throughout the day, but you can keep your body and muscles active by doing some easy and smart exercises. Also, with these exercise, the health of the heart also remains correct. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Squat near your office chair can be easy and effective. For this you do not need any gym or weight. This exercise makes the muscles of the legs and waist strong and boosts your energy in the middle of the work. You can easily do desk squat with the help of your office chair. </p>
