Sampre nutritions stock upper circuit: Today we are going to tell you about such a small stock, which has made a big bang. Share of Sampre Nutritions is being talked about here. Allotment of shares approved

Friday, 12 September 2025 The Board of Directors of Sampre Nutrition approved the allotment of 5,50,000 or 5.50 lakh equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 on preferred basis. Promoter Brahma Gurbani has received 5,00,000 shares under this allotment and 50,000 shares to public shareholder Vishal Ratan Gurbani.

BSE filing has also revealed that equity shares were allotted to the company at Rs 45.375 per warrant, which is more than 2,49,56,250 or 2.49 crore. The company informed the stock market through filing data that after this allotment, the company’s paid-up equity capital has increased from 21,00,68,550 to 21,55,68,550 rupees. This includes 2,10,06,855 equity shares of Rs 10 per share.

Company shares performance

In the last five years, the company’s stock has made more than 607 percent profit to its investors on their investment and more than 20 % in the last one year. In the last six months, this stock has gained a lead of about 250 percent in the stock market. The shares of Sampre Nutrisons have increased by more than 52 percent in 2025 and have increased by 48.40 % in the last one month. In the last five business sessions in the stock market, the stocks are trading with an increase of 8.21 percent.
