SME IPO 2026: Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) of two companies have opened for investors in the Indian stock market on the trading day of Monday, January 12, 2026. 1. Narmadesh Brass Industries IPO

Narmadesh Brass Industries will try to raise a total of Rs 44.87 crore through this SME segment IPO. Under the issue, 0.07 crore fresh shares will be issued, while 0.02 crore shares will be launched in the market through offer for sale. Investors can place bets for this IPO between January 12 and January 15. The IPO price band has been fixed by the company at Rs 515 per share.

Under the IPO, 240 shares have been placed in one lot. Investors will have to place their bets on at least two lots i.e. 480 shares. In such a situation, investors will have to invest a minimum of Rs 2,47,200. The listing of the company will be on BSE SME platform. Talking about the performance of shares in the gray market, the IPO is currently seen trading at a premium of zero rupees.

2. Avana Electrosystems IPO

The company IPO will be open for investors between January 12 and January 14. Under this IPO, 52 lakh new shares will be issued by the company. At the same time, 0.08 crore shares will be launched in the market under offer for sale. The company will try to raise Rs 35.22 crore through IPO.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 56 to Rs 59 per share. Retail investors will have to place their bets on at least 4000 shares. For which a lump sum investment of Rs 2,36,000 will have to be made. According to the report of Investors Gain, if we talk about the performance of company shares in the gray market, the shares are trading at a premium of Rs 14.
