West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has officially declared the date and time of the result of 10th i.e. Secondary examination. According to the board, WB 10th Result 2026 will be released on 8th May 2026. First of all, the board will announce the result in a press conference in the morning, after which students will be able to check their result online.

According to the board, WB 10th Result 2026 will be released on May 8. The result will be declared in a press conference at 9:30 am. After this, the result link will be activated on the official website at 10:15 am and students will be able to download their provisional marksheet from 10:30 am.

The board has advised the students to keep their roll number and important information ready in advance. As soon as the results are released, traffic on the website may increase, due to which there may be a delay in opening the page. In such a situation, there is no need to panic, try again after some time.

Students will be able to check their results on wbresults.nic.in and wbbse.wb.gov.in. Apart from this, the facility to check results through SMS and DigiLocker has also been provided, so that students who have internet problems can also easily know their results.

Marksheet will be provisional

The mark sheet issued online will be provisional, in which subject wise marks, total marks and pass/fail status will be recorded. Students can download it and take a print out. The original mark sheets and certificates will be given after a few days through the respective schools.

Check result through SMS?
To know the result through SMS, go to the message box of the mobile and type WB10Roll Number, where in place of Roll Number, write your roll number, and send it to any one of the numbers 56070, 5676750 or 56263. Within a few seconds, subject wise marks will come on your mobile in the form of message.

How to check results on DigiLocker

Students can also download their digital marksheet through DigiLocker. For this, open DigiLocker app or go to the website and log in with your mobile number and Aadhaar. Then go to ‘Education’ section and select West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, fill your roll number and necessary information. As soon as you submit the information, your digital marksheet will appear on the screen, which can be downloaded and kept.
