There is a lot of discussion these days about a mysterious comet named 3I/ATLAS on social media. This newly discovered thing is trending on many platforms. People are even posting alien memes. It was first discovered by NASA’s Atlas Telescope in Chile on July 1, 2025. Its orbit is hyperbolic, which means it will pass by and never return.

This comet was closest to the Sun on Thursday (30 October). During this time its icy surface melted due to the heat of the sun. This resulted in a shiny fuzzy coat and a long tail. 3I/ATLAS stood out from the thousands of comets observed each year. Since it is not bound by the Sun’s gravity, it is a comet from another constellation.

3I/ATLAS Third comet to pass through our solar system
Traveling at speeds of more than 60 km per second, 3I/ATLAS is the third interstellar object ever to pass through our solar system. Earlier, Oumuamua was seen in 2017 and 2I/Borisov in 2019. Scientists all over the world have their eyes on this comet. Scientists are constantly monitoring this to improve space security. After passing close to the Sun, it will now come closest to the Earth on 19 December 2025.

Many unsolved mysteries of the universe may be revealed
According to NASA, the behavior of this comet can reveal many unsolved mysteries of the universe. This comet was discovered by the Atlas Telescope of the American space agency NASA. It has become a mystery to scientists due to its rare properties, such as ant tail and abundance of carbon dioxide.

there is no danger of it colliding
According to NASA, even after passing close to the Sun and the Earth, there is no danger of it colliding. Earlier, there were comets Oumuamua and 2I/Borisov coming from outside the solar system. However, comet 3I/ATLAS quickly came into the hands of scientists.
read this also

The intersteller comet Atlas is going to pass over Mars on Friday (October 03, 2025). This rare comet has caught the attention of special agencies around the world. This is the third intersteller body, which will pass through the closest to Mars. This distance will be about 3 crore kilometers (1.86 million mi).

Many aircraft are orbiting Mars with cameras to capture the scene of passing by Mars. NASA’s Psychy spacecraft, which is moving towards the asteroid 16, will see a glimpse of 3i/atlas soon after.

3i/atlas will reach ‘Jupiter’ after Mars

After passing by Mars, this comet will reach ‘Jupiter’. ESA’s Jupiter IC Moons Explorer (Juice) will monitor 3i/Atlas from 2 to 25 November. Meanwhile, the comet will reach the nearest point of the Sun, Perihelian. In this phase, solar heating makes the comet the most active and brighter.

Space agencies are fully prepared to record this rare astronomical event. The European Space Agency (ESA )’s Mars Express and Exomars Tres Gas Orbiter, when this comet passes near Mars, will observe it. At the same time, NASA’s Mars Reconancy Orbitter, which has a highrise camera, will also try to take pictures of high quality of this comet.

3i/Atlas traveling at such a speed

According to scientists, 3i/Atlas is traveling at a speed of about 130,000 mph (219,000 km/h). Its center is estimated to be less than 1 kilometer diameter. Scientists have also discovered that the rear of the comet has gases like carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and water-water.

Since comet 3i/atlas will be very close to the Sun when viewed from the Earth at the time of the subcontinent (near the Sun), it will be difficult to see it safely from the earth. In such a situation, the spacecraft near Mars and Jupiter will give the best opportunity to see the texture and structure of this comet closely and well.

3i/atlas designed from normal comet

Harvard’s astronomer AV Loaib has expressed its possibility of being artificial due to some unusual features of this comet. However, most scientists agree that 3i/atlas is a naturally made internetous comet. The findings so far indicate that the texture of this comet can be different and more complicated than the normal comet of our solar system.

Nowadays, people are considering solar panel as a good option to get rid of the increasing electricity bill and power cut problem amidst increasing inflation. Solar panel is a great way to reduce electricity bill. But the question is that if 3 kW solar system installed in the house, can it run AC in homes? What is the mathematics of solar system 3 kW solar system how much power does it make? Let’s know

What is solar panel?

First of all, we understand what is a solar panel? So solar panel is a device that converts sunlight into electricity. Meaning it collects the rays emanating from the sun and turns into electricity. It can use solar energy to run your home appliances like fans, lights, TVs and even air conditioners. This is completely safe for the environment because it neither releases smoke nor any harmful gas.

How much power does 3kw solar panel generate?

On an average, 5-6 hours of good sunlight is available in India. On this basis, 3 kW solar system can generate 12 to 15 units of electricity per day. This electricity can be enough to run many of your home equipment, but it is important to understand some things to run heavy equipment like AC.

AC power consumption

A normal 1.5 ton of AC spends about 1.5 to 2 kW of electricity. If you run it for 8 hours a day, it will consume 12 to 16 units of electricity. At the same time, AC of 1 ton takes 1 to 1.2 kW of electricity, ie 8 to 10 units in 8 hours.

Ac can run from 3KW solar system

Electricity generated from 3 kW solar system can be sufficient to run 1 ton of AC, but it can be limited to run 1.5 tonnes of AC, especially if other equipment is also running then it can be a bit difficult to run AC. But if you want to run a 1.5 ton of AC, you may have to reduce consumption of other equipment or choose a 5 kW solar system.

What can go?

With 3 kW solar system you can easily run many devices. Such as 1 ton of AC for 8 hours, 4-5 sealing fans (60 watt per fan, total 240 watts), 4 tubelight/bulb (20 watt per, 80 watts), refrigerators (200 watts), TV (100 watts), mobile/laptop charging (80 watts), washing machine (500 watt, for limited time).

Also read- What is LNG that America and European countries buying from Russia, how different from CNG and PNG?

The American Space Agency NASA has given information about an astroide that can hit the moon in 2032. Last year, there was a possibility of this astroide to affect the earth. This astroide is being called 2024 YRR4. Its diameter is about 53-67 meters. Its size is similar to a 10 -floor building.

It was detected at the end of last year. It is classified as Astroid of Apollo type. This estroid cannot be seen from the earth because Telescope Its distance to see it is very high.
The possibility of colliding with the moon of this astroide has increased from 3.8 percent to 4.3 percent. NASA says that there is some possibility of impacting this astroide but it will not change the orbit of the moon. However, Astronomers are constantly monitoring the danger of this astroide. Apart from this, efforts are also being made to understand its possible path.

Recently, NASA had reported that the rising activity of the Sun is causing damage to the satellites present in Starlink’s constitution. These stellets were launched by Spacex associated with Billionaire Elon Musk’s space exploration. At NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, Space Physicist, Denny Oliveira has led a study on 523 satellites of Starlink, which fell back to the earth over the years. This study has shown that geomagnetic storms produced by explosions in the Sun increases the stretch in the atmosphere and this makes the satellites fall from the orbit and re -enters the atmosphere. The NASA team wrote in this study, “It clearly shows that the existing solar cycle’s sharp solar activity has had a major impact on the satellites of the Starlinks. It is the highest number of satellites and solar activity in human history.” <!--

Alines on k2-18b planet: Ever since humans started trying to understand the universe, a question has always been chasing. Are we alone in this vast universe? Now you can get the strongest answer to this question. He is connected to a 700 trillion miles from the planet K2-18B.

K2-18B is a planet that is out of our solar system. It revolves around a red dwarf star. This planet is two and a half times bigger than the Earth. It has been classified as “Hyasian World”. That is, a planet, which can have liquid water on the surface and is expected to be abundant hydrogen in the atmosphere. This is the feature that makes it suitable for life like Earth.

Who discovered this and how?
It is a revolutionary discovery in the world of astronomy, which has been discovered by Professor Nikku Madhusudan of Astronomy Institute of Cambridge University and his team with the help of NASA’s James Web Space Telescope (JWST). The telescope examined the light of the star passing through the K2–18B environment, dymethyl sulfide (DMS) and dimethyl dysulfide (DMDS) found indicating two special atoms. Both these gases are produced only on the earth towards organisms, such as marine phytoplinkton and some types of bacteria.

Is this a proof of alien life?
According to Professor Madhusudan, “This is the strongest indication ever to be a life on the K2-18B. We hope that it will be confirmed in the next 1-2 years.” Although the team and other scientists say more data is needed to confirm this discovery, but there was no indication before that, which was so clear.

Scientific importance of signs of life associated with K2-18B planet
The importance of this discovery can be understood from the fact that it is based on solid scientific parameters not only in fantasies. Powerful telescope like JWST has proved that we can also understand the chemical composition of planets located thousands of trillion miles away from the earth. If the gas like DMS is really present in the atmosphere of this planet, then it means that there are organic processes like Earth or can be there.

Can K2-18B be our first alien neighbor?
The signs of life from the planet K2-18B make us think that perhaps we are not alone in this universe. This discovery is not only exciting for astronomers, but can be the beginning of a possible new era to humanity. Where we will see the word Alien as not just imagination, but as reality.
