Supreme Court News: The Supreme Court reprimanded a couple entangled in a matrimonial dispute. The court said that they should not behave like a Maharaja, because democracy has been maintained in the country for more than 75 years. This comment of the Supreme Court was on the party included in the couple, which is allegedly from the royal royal family. While investigating the case, the court found that there was a collision of ego between the two sides. A bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice N. Kotishwar Singh asked the couple’s lawyers to talk to their clients and tell their intention to the court.

What allegations did the woman make in the petition?

The woman has alleged that her husband and in -laws living separately harassed her for demanding a flat in dowry and a flat in Mumbai. However, her husband has denied the allegation. The petition filed by the woman said that when their demands were not met, they started refusing to accept the marriage and started making false and trivial allegations against the petitioner and started violating her character. The husband filed a case of fraud and forgery in preparing a marriage certificate against the wife, his parents and relatives living separately, while the woman filed a case of dowry harassment and cruelty.

The bench said, “Such statements are being made that the attempt for mediation has failed? Do not behave like a king-emperor. 75 years have passed since the establishment of democracy.”

The court warned that if there was no solution through arbitration, it will give strict orders within three days. The woman from Gwalior claimed that she belongs to the prestigious family, whose ancestor Chhatrapati was admiral in the Navy of Shivaji Maharaj and was declared the ruler of the Konkan region. On the other hand, her husband said that he comes from a military family and runs a school in Madhya Pradesh.
Rolls Royce car is the root of controversy

The root of the controversy in the case is the Rolls Royce car of the 1951 model. The price of which is more than Rs 2.5 crore. This car was built by the first Prime Minister of India by Jawaharlal Nehru for the Queen of Baroda, who is the only car in his model. Apart from this, the lawyers presented by both sides told the court that the dispute is also about money.

Justice Kant said, “We know that in the case only the compromise has not been reached due to ego. If the dispute is about money, it can resolve the court, but for this the parties will have to reach the consensus.” The court set the hearing for the next week. On April 22, senior advocate R Basant, appointed on 22 April, was informed that both sides could not be reached in the case. He requested the court to give a final effort to find the possibility of a mutual consent solution between the two sides.

It is a painful condition in which there are problems like strong burning sensation in the eyes and lack of light.

Who is more at risk than heat wave,

Elderly, children and people already struggling with eye problems can be more affected during the heat wave. Apart from this, people who live outside or work in the open have more effect on their eyes.

Measures to protect the eyes from the heat wave –

• Wear sunglasses-It would be right to wear UV protection sunglasses with good quality. This will prevent UV rays.
• Avoid getting out in the sun-when the sunlight is the fastest i.e. between 12 and 3 o’clock in the afternoon, then it should be avoided.
• Keep washing the eyes-to protect the eyes from the heat wave, washed 2,3 times a day with cold water. This will also make you feel fresh.
• Stay hydrated- lack of water in the body also makes the eyes dry, so in summer, water should be drunk up to 6 liters a day.
• Use eye drops-if you feel a problem in the eyes. So immediately go to the doctor and take a drop.

The strong sunlight and heat wave of summer can be harmful to the eyes. The eyes can be protected by a little caution and correct care. If someone feels excessive irritation, redness or pain in the eyes, then the eye specialist should be contacted immediately.
