The total license value of the house for which Sonakshi Sinha has made a deal has been recorded as Rs 1.92 crore. According to this, Sonakshi will get a rent of Rs 16 lakh every month for one year. At present, there is no information regarding security deposit in the available documents.

Before this deal, Sonakshi Sinha had also made a big deal in the year 2025. The actress had another luxury apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. According to Square Yards, Sonakshi Sinha had sold that house for Rs 22.5 crore. He bought it in the year 2020 for Rs 14 crore. On selling it after five years, Sonakshi made a profit of more than 60 percent.
