The hearing in the High Court in the famous black deer hunting case of Rajasthan associated with film personalities has been postponed. The matter could not be heard due to lack of records related to Salman Khan’s appeal in Jodhpur, the head bench of Rajasthan High Court. In the single bench of Justice Manoj Kumar Garg in the High Court, with the appeal of the film actor Salman Khan, the leave to appeal of the Rajasthan government was to be heard.

The Rajasthan government has filed an appeal against the decision of the film actor Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu as well as the acquittal of local youth Dushyant Singh in the black deer hunting case. On the appeal of Salman Khan and the Government of Rajasthan, the hearing was to start simultaneously in the High Court. The hearing could not be held due to not appearing in the record High Court of Salman Khan from the sessions court.

These actor can be engulfed in trouble

If the appeal of the Rajasthan government in the black deer hunting case is approved for hearing, then the film actor Saif Ali Khan as well as Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam may be in trouble. The trial court of Jodhpur sentenced Salman Khan to five years in the black deer hunting case, but was acquitted by Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and Tabu.

When will the next hearing be held?

The Rajasthan government has now challenged the decision to acquit these film stars from the lower court in the High Court after seven years. A leave to appeal has been filed for approval for delayed waiver due to the end of the appeal deadline. Now the High Court has to decide whether the application of the Rajasthan government should be approved or not. On the other hand, actor Salman Khan has filed an appeal in the High Court challenging the sentence of five years.

Both these cases will now be heard on 22 September in Jodhpur, the head bench of Rajasthan High Court.

Sonu Sood Wife Health Update: Sonali Sood’s wife Sonali Sood was injured in a road accident on the previous day. He was admitted to a hospital in Nagpur. Now information has come out that along with Sonali, his sister Sunita and Bhanja were also injured in this accident. The hospital itself has issued a statement and has given health updates of the three.

Sonali Sood was going from Nagpur Airport to Bayramji Town with her sister and nephew. Meanwhile, his car collided with a truck in which they were injured. According to the news agency ANI, now the hospital has issued a medical bulletin which states that Sonali, her sister Sunita and her nephew Siddharth have suffered several injuries.

How is Sonali, Sunita and Siddharth’s health?
It is written in the statement- ‘Sonali Sood, her sister and nephew were brought to the Emergency Department of Max Hospital, Nagpur at around 10.30 am last night. He was reportedly injured in a road accident. The three patients were conscious on reaching the hospital and their condition was stable. He had many scratches and an internal injury was investigated, in which no injuries were found. His nephew was discharged after First Aid. Sonali Sood and her sister are under surveillance and their condition is improving. Their condition is stable.
