India’s Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi remembered the Indian Armed Forces soldiers on the 26th Victory Day of Kargil on Saturday (July 26, 2025). The army chief further said, “In this sequence, Agil and Malignant Special Force Units have been formed as ‘Bhairav’ Light Commando Battalion, which are ready to surprise the enemies on the boundaries.
