The Election Commission said, “However, under SIR, voters are being contacted from BLO and BLA from house to house, yet we have not received the forms of at least 7 lakh voters yet.”

ECI said, “We have received the forms of 91.32 percent of the total voter number in Bihar, ie 7.21 crore voters and they have been digitized. The names of all those whose forms have been digitized will be included in the draft electoral roles published on August 1. At the same time, 7,16,04,102 counting forms have been received so far, which is 90.67 percent of the total voters. Of these, 90.37 percent i.e. 7,13,65,460 forms have been digitized.
