Sitting continuously makes the balance of neck muscles deteriorate and fat starts to freeze there.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In the beginning, it can only seem to have a problem of appearance. But if not paying attention to time, it can spoil the texture of the spine and can cause prolonged pain. If it increases a lot, then treatment is required.</p>

This is the story of Jiao Dong, a 19 -year -old boy, who is a university student in Quanzhou city of Fujian province, China. Jiao&#8217;s life was exactly like the rest of the children. He used to study, used to call the phone in free time, play games and scroll on social media. But he had no idea that his this habit would one day be overshadowed by his life.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Paralysis hit by phone</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Jiao Dong also used to work a little during the summer holidays. He was working at one place to wash utensils and clean the table. During this work, he used to stand with his head bowed for hours. Even after getting free time from work, he used to spend most of the time by bowing his head on the phone. That is, his entire day used to pass almost the neck down. Initially, he noticed that he has a pain in his neck and the hands and feet look a little numb. But he considered it normal and ignored it. But on the morning of 30 July, something happened that shook his life. When he woke up from his sleep, he found that there was no condolence in his feet. He could not even move.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>When the doctor examined, the senses of the housemates flew</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The family got nervous and was immediately rushed to the hospital. When the doctors investigated, a shocking thing came to light. A large blood clot had accumulated in his spinal cord part (C4-T1 segment). This clot had suppressed the spinal cord, due to which the lower part of his body was almost completely paralyzed. Doctors said that due to continuous tilts of the head for a long time, there was pressure on the spinal cord veins, due to this pressure a vein burst and blood clot freezed. This blood clot became the cause of paralysis.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Saved life by surgery</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Jiao&#8217;s condition was very critical. If there was no immediate treatment, he would have lost the strength of walking forever. Doctors immediately underwent emergency surgery. A blood clot was removed in this operation. After this, his condition gradually started improving. Now he is trying to control his feet again and hopefully will be completely cured.</p>
