Nimrat Kaur participated in the Bhasma Aarti of Jyotirlinga Lord Shri Mahakaleshwar. She reached Mahakal temple at around four in the morning. During this time, the entire atmosphere appeared devotional due to the presence of devotees in the temple. During the Aarti, chants of Lord Mahakal kept echoing all around.

Worship performed in Nandi Hall
After Bhasma Aarti, Nimrat Kaur sat in Nandi Hall and worshiped Lord Mahakal for more than two hours. During this, she was seen engrossed in meditation and was seen worshiping with full devotion. Nimrat Kaur was completely immersed in devotion during Bhasma Aarti. He took blessings of Lord Mahakal from Dehri and wished him well for his upcoming projects and personal life.

Temple committee welcomed
On reaching Mahakal temple, Nimrat Kaur was duly welcomed by the temple management committee. Deputy Administrator of Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee S. N. Soni honored the actress and informed her about the traditions and rules of the temple. This is not the first time that Nimrat Kaur has visited a religious place for darshan.

Even before this, she had been visiting many big temples and pilgrimage sites of the country. Recently, on the occasion of New Year, Nimrat Kaur had reached Shankaracharya Temple in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. There she worshiped Lord Shiva and took blessings. Earlier, she had visited Lord Shiva at Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga in Maharashtra on the occasion of Mahashivratri. At the same time, on the occasion of Guru Parva, he went to the Golden Temple in Amritsar and paid obeisance.
