Lanka Premiere League

Five franchisees will participate in the Lanka Premier League. All teams will play 2-2 matches with each other in the league stage. In these five, whatever four teams will be ahead in the points table with more marks, they will reach the playoffs and a team will miss winning the title.

Many more matches will be played in the teams who reached the playoffs by qualifying the league stage. The top 2 of the points table will have a qualifier-1 between the teams, whoever wins this match, will directly reach the final. Eleminator will be played between the third and fourth teams in the points table, whoever loses this match will be out of the tournament.

Qualifier-2 will be played between the defeated team of qualifier-1 and the Aliminator’s won team. Whatever team wins in these two, they will take on the winning team of qualifier-1 in the final. Any team that wins in the final will get the Lanka Premier League title.
