<p style="text-align: justify;">Medha Roopam, the first woman DM of the shooter to the officer, is the first woman DM of Noida, her story is a true inspiration for the youth. Medha Roopam is in the headlines by becoming the first woman DM of Noida, but her story is not only to become an officer but also for hard work, discipline and courage. Apart from this, Chief Election Commissioner Dnyanesh Kumar has also remained a topic of discussion on social media, Medha is his daughter.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Medha was born in Agra, her early studies in Kerala, she studied at Naval Public School till Class 8 and then completed her studies from St. Thomas School Thiruvananthapuram, after which she came to Delhi and did Economics Honors from St. Stephen&#8217;s College Delhi University. Medha was not only in studies but also in sports, she was a national level shooter and she won three gold medals in the Kerala State Shooting Championship, in the 10m air rifle, she also set a state record, even after becoming an officer, she did not give up the hobby of shooting and won the gold medal in the competition during the Meerut posting.</p>
<p><strong>Sara</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">His father Dnyanesh Kumar Gupta himself has been an IAS officer and right now the Chief Election Commissioner of the country is inspired by his father to go to the civil service. Medha is married to Manish Bansal who himself is an IAS officer of 2014 batch, both of whom met at the LBSNAA training institute in Mussoorie, they have two children.</p>
<p><strong>Travel as an officer</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Medha is the IAS of 2014 batch, his first posting took place as Assistant Magistrate in Bareilly, after which he held the posts of Joint Magistrate in Meerut and Unnao, Chief Development Officer in Barabanki and Special Secretary in Women Welfare Department.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">While DM in Hapur and Kasganj, she went among the people and worked in Kasganj and driving a tractor herself reached the flood -affected areas.  In February 2023, he was made the Additional CEO of the Greater Noida Authority, where he worked on big projects like Jowar Airport International Film City Industrial Plot Cleanliness and Sports Infrastructure. Now in 2025 she was made DM of Noida and she is the first woman to reach the post.</p>
