Bollywood actor Abhay Deol is a very private person, he does not like to talk about his personal life and health issues. Recently he shared a post on social media. In that post, the actor told that he was suffering from knee pain and sciatica for many years.

For this, he took stem cell therapy, which completely changed his life. Abhay Deol told that due to slip disc in his left leg, he had sciatica. With time, the pain increased so much that he started feeling disappointed in his life.

Abhay Deol did a lot of research

He clearly said in his post that he wanted to avoid any kind of surgery, especially back surgery. During this time, he started reading about other treatment options. Abhay Deol told that after a lot of research, his eyes fell on stem cell therapy.
