American devices maker Apple opened two retail stores in India about two years ago. The company plans to start new stores in the country soon. Earlier this year, Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook had said that the company plans to open four new stores in the country. The company’s current stores are in Delhi and Mumbai.

A media Report It is reported that Apple plans to open new stores in Sky City Mall in Borivili, Mumbai and Finix Mall of Asia in Bangalore. This report states that workers are being hiring for these stores for the last few months. Recently, a report reported that two Apple stores can be opened in Noida’s DLF Mall of India in Uttar Pradesh and Kopa Mall in Pune. Apart from this, the company plans to open two additional stores. The report quoted sources who have been aware of the company’s plan as saying that Apple has fixed the location for its third and fourth stores in Noida and Pune. Apart from this, it is also looking for location for two stores in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

The company’s existing two stores were joint revenue of about Rs 800 crore in the first year of sales. Saket’s store in Delhi was 60 percent. Apple has finished first in the international sales of smartphones in the first quarter of the current year. The company has benefited from increasing demand in India and Japan and launch of iPhone 16E. The company holds around 19 percent stake in the smartphone market. Apple sales have been flat or decreased in America, Europe and China. South Korea’s Samsung is in second place in the smartphone market with about 18 percent stake.

The iPhone stakes about Rs 1.5 lakh crore in the export of smartphones from India in the last financial year. The manufacturing of iPhone has increased rapidly in the last few years in the country. Apple’s contract manufacturer FoxConn had assembled about 1.2 million iPhones in the country last year. China has a major stake in manufacturing iPhones. <!--

Smart Home Applications brand, Dreame Technology has planned to increase its presence in the country. The company has made Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon its brand ambassador. Dreame Technology has a range of grooming products such as intelligent robotic vacuums, high-performance cordless stick vacuums, weight and dry vacuums for hands-free home maintenance. About the company’s plan for the country’s market Gadgets360 Managing director of Dreame Technology, Manu sharma Talked with Here are its main parts:

Smart cleaning is a new concept in India. How is Dreame Technology providing information to the market and making confidence among the first time users?

This is a new concept in India but there is a lot of potential in this field. There are a large number of single families in India. Apart from this, people are working in various sectors. Many people have difficulty handling the cleanliness of the house with their jobs. In such a situation, our goal is to make it easier through our automated vacuum cleaners and other artificial intelligence (AI) support products. The demand for these products in India has increased significantly. However, information about these products is still limited. We believe that it will soon become a growing industry.

We are actively working to inform people about smart cleaning solutions. Making Kriti Sanon a brand ambassador for Dreame Technology is part of this strategy. Kriti Sanon is very popular for the youth in the country and we are making this segment our goal. We want to meet the need for each segment of the society. Because of this, our robotic vacuum range starts from Rs 15,000 to Rs 1 lakh. Apart from this, we are soon expansion in the offline market, where customers will be able to experience our products. We are planning to expand in a phased manner.

In the next five years in India, how are you watching the market of smart home/robotic vacuum cleaner growing and how will Dreame Technology be in this market?

Last year, the market for smart home vacuum cleaning in the country was about 1.5 lakh units. This year it can be doubled and about three lakh units. Our market share has increased from about five percent to more than 25 percent. By the end of this year we can reach the first place in the market. Smart vacuum cleaners have low reach and due to this, it is difficult to install the market in the next five years. However, we hope that the size of this market will continue to double annually in the next five to six years and we are making our strategy accordingly.

What is the company’s plan for the current financial year? Can the company open its offline experience store in the country?

This year we plan to launch eight new products. Out of this, we have already launched the products of the first batch. Before the festive season, some of our new products will be launched. Our company has offline experience stores in many countries. If we see good growth in India, then we will soon open our offline experience store here.

India is a sensitive market for a price for many companies. How is Dreame Technology planning to balance affordability with premium innovation here?

Yes, you are right. For this reason, we have a large range of products. We have products for all income group people. In the country, we are definitely seeing demand growing. Volume growth will also affect pricing, so that we will be able to offer our products on affordable prices. For example, many of our products whose price was worth about one lakh rupees a few years ago is now available for about 50,000 rupees. We manufacture our products ourselves and because of this we have complete control on the supply chain. As the demand increases, we are committed to transport this benefit to our customers.

Is Dreame Technology plan to launch special products or variants for India because we are different from other countries in terms of atmosphere?

Most of our products launched in the country’s market are international products but we have started changing our products according to the Indian environment. For example, deep cleaning, high suction power and mopping are needed in the country. Our such product is L10 Prime, which comes with full stack mopping at the entry level price. We will definitely launch our products according to Indian conditions. Apart from this, if demand increases in India, then we under the Make in India campaign Manufacturing Will also consider setting up the unit.

How are you handling after-cells service and customer support?

Our products are still new for India’s market. In such a situation, our engineers are giving them a demo of products by visiting people’s homes. We are constantly increasing our reach. We initially used to deliver products in 165 cities and this number has increased to about 200 cities. Our customers are being offered pick-up and drop-off services. If there is a problem with the product, then our engineers go to the customers’ house and solve it. We have also tied up with third-party service providers to increase offer-cells support. Customers can also contact through toll-free numbers.

Maruti Suzuki, the country’s largest car maker, has recently entered the segment of electric vehicles (EV) with its first electric car E-Vitara. Maruti may have been delayed in launching an electric car as compared to its rives, but the company believes that it will move rapidly in this segment with E-Vitara. The company’s Senior Executive Officer, (Marketing and Sales), Paratho bnerjee Done Gadgets 360 In the conversation with the conversation, it would be “beneficial” to wait for this electric car for customers.

He said that a new chapter of E-Vitara is starting and it especially brings out our commitment to create electric vehicles for Indian customers. Banerjee said that Maruti is not in any haste regarding the sale of electric vehicles in the country. The company is earlier focusing on strengthening the infrastructure. This will be followed by an automatic manner of vehicles. A detailed ecosystem supporting the sale of electric vehicles is being prepared and this will guarantee better experience to EV owners. Here are the main parts of this conversation:

Question: Maruti has launched its first electric car E Vitara in the country. The company has made it completely on the electric platform. What will be the difference?

It is the first electric vehicle in Maruti Suzuki’s portfolio and is made entirely on the EBorn SUV. Many EV batteries present in the market are retriffed on the existing internal combustion engine (ICE) platforms, but the design of this vehicle is specially designed for electric power. It will not be available in any other technology format like Ice.

If you look at the chassis of E-Vitara, its wheelbase is 2,700 mm. You will see that many automobile companies are offering reclining rear seats but with such a large wheelbase you can actually slide the rear seat. One advantage of large wheelbase is of more space. With this large wheelbase, the rear seat can be adjusted forward or backward. This provides a lot of space in the back. It gives quite a convenient experience. Another important advantage of fully EV platform is focus on safety. Its battery is placed in a steel or structural casting. We have tested battery in various situations, including impact test, fire test and water test and it has passed all the tests. This is a fully advantage of EV platform.

Question: How has Maruti added AI to her electric vehicle E-Vitara? How is the company preparing ecosystem?

In the company’s first electric car E-Vitara, we have given the advanced system Adas Level 2. We have given features in it that improve driving experience through AI. Driving safety and efficiency can improve from Adas Level 2. We believe that launching a product is not enough, it is necessary to prepare a complete ecosystem. The same is being done for our electric cars. To connect with our customers, we have launched the ‘E for Me’ campaign. The campaign consists of two major strategies. The campaign aims to integrate electric vehicles with a strong support system, including advanced technology and detailed charging network.

Question: In India, people are seeing electric cars as secondary vehicles. How can you change this perspective of customers?

Yes, you are right. People in India are currently seeing electric cars as secondary vehicles. Our goal is to change this trend. For this, we are preparing the entire ecosystem including charging infrastructure. For example, EV stake in the last calendar year of 2.4 percent. It was about 2.3 percent in the previous year. Despite launching electric cars of many automobile companies and reducing the price, this stake has not increased much. The main reason for this is the existing system. Two separate cars are required for travel between cities and in the city. Electric cars are not practical for both these travel.

The ecosystem we are preparing aims to make electric cars primary vehicles. There are apprehensions such as the end of charging during a long journey of many electric car users. This is correct in view of the current infrastructure. Our first priority is to strengthen charging infrastructure. Our ‘e for me’ campaign is one such step. Through this, our goal is to expand the ecosystem of charging across the country. Through Maruti Suzuki electric ecosystem, we are working to expand the charging infrastructure in the top 100 cities of the country. The reason for choosing these 100 cities is the sale of 97 percent of electric cars in these cities in the country.

Apart from this, we are focusing on providing the facility of offer-cell services and emergency charging in 1,000 cities. For the need for assistance in customers or the way to the way to vehicles in remote areas, we are starting 300 service on wheels, which will be available on a call. Our goal is to increase people’s confidence in electric cars. Despite this, if an EV customer faces charging problem during a long journey, we are also offering a leasing model. We will provide vehicles on lease to EV customers and if they need to go on a long journey, they will have the option to take an ice vehicle from the company. With this we are giving confidence to EV customers. It will also help in making electric cars primary vehicles for Indian customers.

Question: What role do you see Maruti in the shift on electric mobility in the country in the next five to 10 years?

We estimate that by 2030-31 the industry will reach 60 lakh vehicles. EV will have about 1 million units in this. By then, hybrid cars will also be available in the market with EV vehicles and CNG options. Apart from this, flex may also have fuel and hydrogen -powered vehicles. As a leader in the industry, we believe that it is necessary to provide all these options to customers. Our goal is to provide various range of technologies to fulfill the various definitions and choices of our customers.

Question: What are the future plans after Maruti’s E-Vitara launch? Can we see special EV stores for electric cars?

We have launched our first electric car in the country with E-Vitara. Our plan is to introduce five electric cars by 2030. We believe customers in offering all technologies such as ice, electric, hybrid or semi-hybrid. Our goal is to provide all these technologies under one roof. This will give customers a chance to choose what they want to buy.
<!--

American technology company Google plans to open its first retail store in India outside the US. The company is looking for location for this store. India is an important growth market for Google. Recently, the company had informed about investing about $ 10 billion in the country.

Google has five physical retail stores in the US. In these stores, products like Pixel smartphones, watches and bades are sold. Apple, an iPhone -making American devices maker, gets a large share of sales from retail stores. Apple has about 500 stores worldwide. About two years ago, the company also started two retail stores in India. These stores of Apple, which have been present in Delhi and Mumbai, have performed well. Google Like Apple, she wants to increase exacerbation in the retail market. Sources who have been aware of this said that the company has chosen some locations in Delhi and its nearby areas as well as Mumbai. However, no final decision has been taken in this regard.

Google refused to comment about this. A source said that the area of these stores could be around 15,000 square feet. The company also considered Bengaluru called IT Hub. However, Google’s stores can start from Delhi and Mumbai. The source said, “It aims to compete with Apple especially in the luxury segment.” If the company’s initial stores get success, it can increase the number of stores.

Google products in India are sold through authorized retailers. Pixel smartphones in the country are between $ 370 to $ 2,000. In comparison, Apple’s iPhones have worth about $ 2,130 to about $ 2,130. Google has also started manufacturing pixel smartphones in the country. Last year, Apple secured first place in the market of premium smartphones with about 55 percent stake. In comparison, Pixel smartphones had a stake of about two percent. This segment contains smartphones with more than $ 520 price.

Ola Electric, one of the large electric two-wheeler companies, increased its retail stores at the end of the previous year by almost four times. Transport authorities have raided the stores in many cities of the company due to violation of rules. Ola Electric had only online sales model at the beginning. However, in the last few months, the company has increased sales through stores.

An investigation by Bloomberg News has found that more than 100 out of about 3,400 stores of the company had trade certificates under the Motor Vehicle Act. This means that most of the stores of Ola Electric do not have a certification, which is required for the display, sales or test ride of un-registable two-wheelers. In view of customers complaints, transport authorities in many states have raided these stores and seized vehicles. Apart from this, questions have been asked by giving show cause notice to Ola Electric.

Under the Motor Vehicle Act, each automobile showroom including two-wheelers should have a trade certificate. Bloomberg news Some local transport officials have told that they are investigating Ola Electric due to alleged violations of the rules. Earlier, the company had to face difficulty due to a large number of customers’ complaints about the deficiencies in the service. The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has investigated the matter. Ola Electric also suffered a major setback from the Karnataka High Court. A notice issued by CCPA was refused by the High Court to dismiss. This notice was given as part of the investigation against the company. In this, additional documents were sought after more than 10,000 complaints of customers regarding the company’s electric scooters.

The High Court had said that this notice has been issued by a competent investigating officer and the company will have to provide documents sought. The CCPA had initially investigated a large number of complaints against Ola Electric. The investigation indicated violations of customers’ rights, misleading advertisements and deficiencies in service.
<!--
