This helps in reducing belly fat and keeping weight under control. A team from China&#8217;s Hui Zhou Central People&#8217;s Hospital also says that efforts to reduce waist measurement can be helpful in conceiving. If women keep an eye on their waist measurement and increase physical activity regularly, their chances of becoming a mother can increase. </p>

<p>According to experts, lifestyle factors like staying awake late at night, consumption of fast food and processed foods, lack of physical activity and obesity worsen the hormonal imbalance of women. Due to prolonged stress, periods do not remain regular and the chances of pregnancy decrease.</p>
