The company said that till the tower is built, all 49 flat buyers will be given financial assistance. However, this amount will be decided according to the size of the flat, so that the EMI and rent expenses of the buyers can be covered to some extent. Apart from this, the company itself will bear the entire cost of construction of the new tower.

When will the new tower be built?

According to the company, it may take about 5 to 6 months to demolish the old tower. In such a situation, it may take about 18 months to build a new tower. The entire work is estimated to cost around Rs 20 crore.

Why is the tower being demolished?

In fact, during investigation it was found that there was an error in the report of the soil used during the construction of the tower. Due to this, the 60 meter high building got inclined by about 200 mm. Although this inclination is not normally visible, it has been identified with the help of special machines. These experts had suggested repairs, but fearing any major danger in the future, the company decided to rebuild the entire tower.
