Sometimes while dancing and sometimes while doing gym, youth between 16 to 45 years are losing their lives. Many times it seems that a certain person was completely healthy, then how did everything suddenly end? AIIMS New Delhi conducted a study regarding such matters, in which big revelations have been made. Let us tell you about it in detail.

This thing came to light in the study

An AIIMS study revealed that heart disease is the biggest cause of sudden death among youth in India. Actually, youth are suddenly losing their lives due to coronary artery disease i.e. blockage in the arteries. Let us tell you that this research was done from May 2023 to April 2024. In fact, the Department of Forensic Medicine and Pathology of AIIMS investigated 2214 postmortems. Of these, 180 cases (8.1%) were considered sudden death. Of these, 57.2% i.e. in 103 cases, the age of those who lost their lives were between 18 to 45 years, who looked completely healthy.

Why is heart disease the biggest reason?

According to research, 42.6% of sudden deaths among youth were due to heart related reasons. Among these, most of the cases were found of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), where 70% or more blockage was found in the arteries of the heart. The left anterior descending (LAD) artery was most affected, which is most important for the heart. According to Dr. Sudhir Arawa, Professor of Pathology Department of AIIMS and the lead author of this study, most of the youth never got heart checkup done. He did not even take any medicine. The disease continued to progress silently and suddenly became fatal.

These reasons also came to light

• 21.3% of deaths were due to respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, tuberculosis or suffocation due to vomit while sleeping (especially among those who drank alcohol).
• In some cases, ectopic pregnancy or uterine rupture was observed in women.
• In 21.3% of the cases, the cause was not found even after investigation. This was considered to be an electrical problem of the heart (arrhythmia), which is not detected in postmortem.

When and where do most deaths occur?

• More than 55% of deaths occurred at home.
• 30% of deaths occurred during travel.
• 40% of deaths occurred while sleeping at night or early in the morning.

According to family members, before death, symptoms like sudden fainting, chest pain, shortness of breath or stomach pain were seen.

No connection with Covid vaccine or infection

The research clearly states that no relation was found between these deaths due to Covid vaccination or Covid infection. Most people had taken the vaccine, but deaths occurred due to chronic heart disease. According to Dr. Sudhir Arawa, we studied about 100 youth deaths in a year. No case related to the vaccine was found. There was only one case of myocarditis, but that too was not found to be linked to the vaccine.

Why are heart problems happening in youth?

He clarified that there has been no relation in cases of Kovid vaccine and heart attack. These two vaccines installed in India

According to Dr. Sanjay Rai, Senior Infectious Infectiologist at AIIMS Delhi, vaccination started in India in January 2021. During that time, two major vaccines were used Covicild and Covaxin. Both these vaccine trials took place in India and the effectiveness of Kovishield was 63%. At the same time, more than 13 billion doses have been given worldwide and the WHO has approved 12 vaccine. According to Dr. Sanjay Rai, first it has to be decided whether the benefits of vaccine are more or loss? The answer is that the advantages of Kovid vaccine were extremely high from loss and the reaction rate was quite low.

For example, serious reactions from Covid vaccine were seen in only 30 to 70 people out of 10 lakh people. Similarly, children below the age of 12 were not given vaccine in India, because the risk of vaccination in that age group was more than the benefits. In such a situation, India’s vaccine program was on a scientific basis against Kovid.

Why is youth suddenly coming to heart attack?

According to Dr. Rajiv Narang, senior cardiologist at AIIMS Delhi, there are three major reasons behind the heart attack among the youth in India. This is the reason for the thickening of heart muscle, changes in molecular and traditional clotting. At the same time, clotting is the main cause of heart attack in the elderly. After Kovid, health awareness has increased in people and the use of social media has also increased. In such a situation, after Kovid in India, the cases of heart attack are increasing, whereas it is not so. Dr. Narang has suggested 8 necessary measures, so that the upcoming heart attack can be stopped. Stop smoking the first in these. Second, exercise daily. Take a third balanced diet. Reduce the fourth stress. Get fifth sleep. Distance the sixth alcohol. Control the seventh obesity and get a checkup done from the eighth time.

Is a heart attack coming due to vaccine?

AIIMS Delhi’s Psychologist Dr. Karan Madan, while denying the theory of the vaccine and the heart attack, claimed that the Kovid vaccine has saved the lives of millions. The benefits of vaccine have been found more. Also, there is no scientific relationship between Sadan Cardiac Death and Vaccine.

This thing came to light in the investigation

According to Dr. Sudhir Arva, who was involved in the study of AIIMS and ICMR, during Kovid, who died of heart attack and later who died of heart attack, was studied on 300 samples. Investigation revealed that the cause of most deaths was Coronary Artery Disease, the biggest cause of which was smoking and alcohol. Apart from this, the figures of heart attack in youth before and after Kovid are almost equal. The difference is that now every incident comes immediately due to social media.

What causes blood clotting?

Dr. Tulika of Hematology Department of AIIMS Delhi said that thrombosis (blood clot) can be not only from the covid vaccine, but also from rabies or other vaccine. This is a biological reaction. Also, the Kovid virus itself does dangerous blood clotting, so it is wrong to blame the vaccine. The covid vaccine is completely safe and effective.

What is the situation in the whole country?

According to Dr. Abhishek Yadav of the Forensic Department of AIIMS, AIIMS data revealed that the sudden heart attack after Kovid has reduced the cases of death. It has not increased. In such a situation, the need is to do a study in the whole country, which will reveal the right situation.
