In the Bihar Special Intensive Revision (SIR) case, the Supreme Court on Monday (September 08, 2025) directed the Election Commission to be considered as the 12th document. Prashant Kishore, the architect of Jan Suraj, has reacted to this. He said that we are already saying that if you have Aadhaar then you do not need to be afraid.

Prashant Kishore said that the Election Commission does not have the right to decide citizenship. Even if the names of 2-4 people are cut, the number of people left are enough to teach Nitish Kumar and BJP a lesson. Nitish Kumar targeted

He said that it is the fear of the public that the Nitish government is doing all these things. Earlier, he felt that people would vote for fear of Lalu. Now he is seeing that the public has got an option as public support. The public has also made up his mind to come with the people Suraj.

On the other hand, Prashant Kishore taunted Katihar’s Congress MP Tariq Anwar on inspecting the flood by climbing on his shoulder.
