The Ministry of AYUSH has also shared the benefits of Surya Namaskar and the correct method of doing it so that people can include it in their routine. While exhaling in Hastapadasana, the ground should be touched by bending forward.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>How to do Surya Namaskar?</strong></p>

By taking both legs back in Dandasana, keep the body in the position of the plank. During Ashtanga Namaskar, the knee, chest and chin should stick to the ground. During Bhujangasana, while breathing, the chest should be made upwards and cobra posture should be made. During Surya Namaskar, you should make a shape &#8216;V&#8217; inverted by lifting the hips up and exhaling.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In each stage, care should be taken to breathe and breathe. It should not be done more than 3 times in the beginning. This practice is beneficial for all age groups, but people with injury or health problems should be done only after taking medical advice.</p>
