Disha salian case: A new update is coming out every day in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s manager Disha Salian’s death. After which new things are coming out about the case. Now Disha’s father Satish Salian gave a written complaint to register an FIR in the case in Mumbai Crime Branch. In writing, he has demanded to register a case against Aditya Thackeray.

Satish Salian’s lawyer Nilesh Ojha has given information about this new update of the case. Talking to ABP News, Nilesh Ojha said- We had already told that whenever the police officer is accused. So today we have given a complaint to them from Joint CP Crime today.

FIR filed against them
Nilesh Ojha further said- We have filed an FIR, accused Aditya Thackeray, Dino Morea, his bodyguard, Suraj Pancholi and accused. Parambir Singh saw CCTV of the press conference for coverup. And we have written one thing in the lying-e-direction.

In the Investigation Paper, NCB mentions Aditya Thackeray is included in the business of drugs. Sameer Khan’s company is included in regular connect. If Aditya Thackeray’s name came in the business of drugs, why not arrested it. Uddhav Thackeray is also an accused again in this case. Uddhav Thackeray misused the CM post to hide Aditya’s crime.

According to PTI, Disha Salian’s father has alleged that his daughter was first raped and then murdered. He claimed that politically conspiracy has been done in this matter to save some influential people. Satish Salian has appealed to the High Court that the investigation of his daughter’s death should be transferred to the CBI.

Disha salyan death case: Father Satish Salian has approached the Bombay High Court in the case of the death of Disha Salian, the manager of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Disha Salian murdered after gang rape!
Satish Salian has said in the petition that Disha did not die suddenly. He was first gangraped and then murdered. Satish said-‘Disha was very serious about her career, so it is not possible to suicide her. At that time I was assured that my daughter’s death was an accident. Former Mayor Kishori Pednekar, officials of Malwani police station were constantly insisting that what they are saying is true. These people kept my family under constant pressure and placed them under house arrest. He was eyeing every activity.

It has also been said in the petition that the Mumbai Police tried to suppress the gang rape and murder of Disha. For this, the police prepared all the things like all witnesses, forensic reports, postmortem reports in a fake way. According to eyewitnesses, there was a party at Malavani’s house on the night of 8 June 2020, in which some of his close friends attended. During this, Aditya Thackeray, actor Suraj Pancholi and Dino Moriya also reached Disha’s house. Disha was killed only after this incident.

Dead body of such direction thrown!
It has also been claimed in the petition that after killing Disha Salian, her dead body was removed from behind the door and thrown out. But it was said that he has jumped from the 14th floor and committed suicide. Satish says that there were no bruises related to suicide on the body of Disha. Rather, to erase the rape marks, the Mumbai Police delayed the postmortem of the body of Disha by 50 hours. He was not allowed to have a dead body of Disha for a long time and was forced to perform the last rites in a hurry.

CCTV footage of missing incident site?
Disha Salian’s father has alleged that CCTV footage of the building and the surrounding area was also disappeared on the day of the incident. The mobile location and call detail records (CDR) of many people present there were not recorded. Despite all these things, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray did not take any action, but he tried to save the persons and corrupt officials associated with the incident. Therefore, they should also be investigated in this matter.

Aditya Thackeray-Riya Chakraborty demands to conduct narco test
The petition has demanded that Aditya Thackeray, Riya Chakraborty, concerned police officers and doctors should be interrogated and questioned. Also, all these narco tests, brain mapping and lie detector tests should also be conducted. Satish Salian has also demanded in the petition filed in the High Court that the NIA or CBI should conduct all the investigation into the case of Disha Salian’s case.
