Pakistani players used to come to India, we used to go there, there was a sense of respect, love. The parties used to meet the families of the players, but now there is nothing left. Comparing our time and this period, the present time is very disappointed to me.”

Syed Kirmani was a wicketkeeper batsman and represented the Indian cricket team from 1976-1986. He played 88 Tests in his international career, with 2759 runs in his name. At the same time, he scored only 373 runs in 49 ODIs.
