West Indies’ Romario Shepherd took the first hat-trick of T20 World Cup 2026 against Scotland at Eden Gardens. Whereas in the last T20 World Cup of 2024, three hat-tricks were seen, but the name of any Indian was not included in that too. So let us tell you that till now a total of 10 hat-tricks have been taken in the T20 World Cup. In 2007, the first hat-trick was taken by Australia’s legendary fast bowler Brett Lee against Bangladesh in Cape Town. After this, the fans had to wait for a long time of 14 years to see the second hat-trick. The second hat-trick of the tournament came in 2021. 9 out of 10 hat-tricks took place between 2021 and 2026, while one hat-trick came between 2007 and 2021.
