On the one hand, the third round of talks is being held in Istanbul to end the border tension between Afghanistan and Pakistan. Meanwhile, terrorist organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has openly threatened the Pakistani government and its army.

News agency IANS has received a video in which TTP members announced plans to march from Pakistan’s Punjab province to Islamabad. The organization claims to have a strong presence in the Punjab region and has vowed to establish Islamic system in the entire country.

In the video, a TTP member has described the Pakistani army and government as cruel and claimed that they do not have the capacity to wage war against the Mujahideen. The TTP member has also predicted the imminent fall of the Pakistani army and government.

Pakistan claims – is on Afghan soil ttp members of

At the same time, Pakistan has been continuously claiming that TTP is operating from the soil of Afghanistan. However, TTP members have claimed that they are present in Punjab, Pakistan. This statement of TTP seems to be directly challenging Pakistani intelligence agencies. From the kind of situation unfolding in Pakistan, it seems that Pakistani Army Chief Asim Munir’s grip on the ground is now getting loose. A recent example of this was seen a few days ago, when TTP claimed that it had captured the Pakistani Army post.

Serious allegations against Asim Munir

Some critics say that Army Chief General Asim Munir is using the name of TTP to justify the oppression of Pashtuns in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. His action is spoiling the relations between Pakistani and Afghan population and this step is allegedly directed by America.

In view of the situation, serious concerns have arisen regarding internal security in Pakistan. The TTP which Pakistan had played an important role in bringing into existence, today the same TTP has become a thorn in the neck of Pakistan.

Tension between Pakistan and Afghanistan has increased once again. Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif on Tuesday (October 28) accused the Taliban government of Afghanistan of playing into the hands of India and said that if Kabul tried to attack Islamabad, Pakistan would respond with 50 times more force.

Speaking in a Geo News programme, Asif said, “The people running the government in Kabul are dancing like puppets on the tunes of Delhi. India is plotting against Pakistan by making Afghanistan a pawn.” He said that the recent talks between Pakistan and Afghanistan in Türkiye failed several times due to the withdrawal of the Afghan side. Asif said, “Whenever there was a situation of agreement, Kabul intervened and withdrew it,” Asif said.

Khwaja Asif accused India

Asif alleged that India wants the low intensity war against Pakistan to continue and Afghanistan remains its means. He said, “After the defeat on its western border, India has now adopted the strategy of destabilizing Pakistan through Kabul.” According to sources, the talks mediated by Türkiye and Qatar ended without any concrete result. Pakistan’s main demand was that Afghanistan should take concrete action against terrorist organizations like Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) operating in its territory.

What did Pakistan’s Information Minister say?

On this issue, Pakistan’s Information Minister Atta Ullah Tarar also said that in the Istanbul talks, the Afghan side kept deviating from the core issue again and again and kept avoiding taking responsibility. In the last few weeks, many soldiers and civilians have died in border skirmishes, creating a war-like situation between the two countries. Although a temporary ceasefire was reached in Doha brokered by Qatar on 19 October, it could not end the tension permanently.

Khawaja Asif said in a stern tone, “Even if Afghanistan raises its eyes towards Islamabad, we will gouge out its eyes. Afghanistan should understand that Pakistan will not compromise its security at any cost.”

Amidst the ongoing conflict with Pakistan, Taliban chief Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada has made many major changes in the Afghan army and administration and has not only given command of special troops of the Afghan army to his special and experienced commanders but has also sent many old commanders as governors of the provinces bordering Pakistan. Along with this, Maulvi Inayatullah Shuja has also been made the Deputy Minister for Border Affairs in the Taliban government in Afghanistan.

The biggest change in the change that took place today (October 18, 2025) is that Badakhshan Province Governor Qari Mohammad Ayub Khalid has been made the commander of 215-Al Azm Army Corps, which used to command in northeastern Afghanistan before the Taliban came to power. Also, after coming to power, Qari Mohammad Ayub Khalid was given the responsibility of 203 Mansoori Military Corps and then Al Farooq Military Corps in 2023.

Taliban government gave command of military contingent to Qari Mohammad

However, later he was made the governor of Kunar province and then Badakhshan province, but now again the Taliban government has given the command of the military contingent to an old commander like Qari Mohammad Ayub Khalid, who has fought and commanded the war for decades and has been made the commander of 215- Al-Azm Army Corps, whose job is to protect the hinterland areas adjacent to the Pakistan-Afghanistan border and to carry out attack operations. Have to execute.

Mullah Sharafuddin Taqi, the current chief of 215-Al Azm Army Corps, has been given the responsibility of 217 Omri Army Corps, whose job is to protect and attack the border with China, Tajikistan and PoK and the surrounding provinces like Kunduz, Takrahar, Baghlan and Badakhshan. Before this, Mullah Sharafuddin Taqi also had the responsibility of 215 Maiwand Military Corps and was also the governor of Taliban in Urzugan.

Maulvi Mohammad Ismail becomes governor of Badakhshan province

Maulvi Mohammad Ismail, who was earlier the deputy minister for border affairs, has now been made the governor of Badakhshan province, which is adjacent to PoK’s Gilgit-Baltistan, and the move reflects the Taliban’s attempt to consolidate control over its north-eastern borders. Also, Maulvi Inayatullah Shuja, who was earlier the Governor of Uruzgan Province, has now been appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Border Affairs, who will not only play an important role in managing Afghanistan’s long and sensitive borders with Pakistan, but will also keep an eye on Pakistan’s allegations of sending Afghan refugees to the Pakistan-Afghanistan border and infiltration.

Maulvi Abdul Rahman Kundji made governor of Uruzgan province

Maulvi Abdul Rehman Kundji, who was earlier the governor of Helmand province, has now been made the governor of Uruzgan province. This province is also close to Pakistan and experienced leadership is necessary to maintain border security here. Along with this, Mullah Amanuddin Mansoor, who was earlier the commander of the 217th Omri Army Corps, has now been made the governor of Helmand province. The deployment of Mullah Amanuddin Mansoor is being considered as sending an experienced commander to the southern border where several attacks on civilian structures have taken place in the last 10 days.

Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Aamir Khan Muttaki is currently on a tour of India, which is a topic of discussion at present. This visit clearly shows that relations between India and Afghanistan are good. After America’s departure in the year 2021, Taliban captured Afghanistan, after which they formed their government there. However, India has not yet recognized them. Despite this, both the countries insist on good relations with each other. Meanwhile, if we talk about Afghan currency, it is surprising. Afghanistan is a poor country. Despite this, the currency here is more valuable than the Indian rupee. According to the report of XE.com, the value of 1 Afghani rupee is equal to 1 rupee 33 paise in India, whereas the value of 1 rupee in Afghanistan is only 0.75 paise.

It is shocking that how can the currency become so strong in Afghanistan under Taliban control, where unemployment, illiteracy and poverty are at their peak. Actually, there are many interesting reasons behind this. The Taliban government has banned the use of US dollars and Pakistani rupees. Due to this, the demand for foreign currency within the country has reduced and the price of Afghan rupee remains stable.

Value of Rs 1 lakh in Afghanistan
For example, if an Indian earns 1 lakh rupees in Afghanistan, then after coming to India its value will be 1 lakh 32 thousand rupees, which is 32 thousand more than the 1 lakh earned in India. This gap of 32 thousand is quite big in itself. However, if we talk about Pakistan and Bangladesh, the value of the currency there is much less than that of India. The value of 1 rupee in Pakistan is 3 rupees 17 paise, while the value of 1 rupee in Bangladesh is 1 rupee 37 paise.

Clashes broke out again between Pakistan and Afghanistan on Sunday (October 12, 2025). Both countries have blamed each other for worsening the situation. The Taliban government of Afghanistan has claimed that its forces killed a total of 58 Pakistani soldiers in these latest clashes. The clashes between the two countries started when Pakistan recently bombed alleged terrorist hideouts on the outskirts of Kabul.

Pakistan claimed that more than 200 Taliban fighters were killed in this bombing, while 23 of their soldiers died. At the same time, Taliban spokesperson described the clashes on Sunday (October 12, 2025) as an action taken in response to repeated violations of Afghanistan’s border and airspace.

What is the main reason behind the increasing tension between Afghanistan and Pakistan?,

Actually, the main reason for the increasing tension on the Durand Line between the armies of Pakistan and Afghanistan is Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). This organization has been active in Pakistan for a long time and its aim is to implement Shariat law in Pakistan and destabilize the government.

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is also called Pakistani Taliban. It is a banned terrorist organization and extremist group, which is active in the Afghan-Pakistan border area. This is the same organization which is currently the main cause of violence erupting on the border. Both sides have suffered heavy casualties in this conflict.

Pakistan is making allegations, Afghan minister rejected the allegations

Pakistan has been continuously alleging that the Afghan Taliban is giving shelter to TTP members, who carry out attacks on Pakistani soil. However, Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Aamir Khan Muttaki, during a press conference during his visit to India on Sunday (October 12, 2025), completely rejected all the allegations of Pakistan. He said that not a single member of TTP is active on the soil of his country.

TTP was formed in 2007

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) was formed in 2007 under the leadership of Betullah Mehsud. The organization was a coalition of several militant groups that operated somewhat independently. The purpose of which was to wage war against the army in the tribal areas of Pakistan. After the death of Betullah Mehsud, this organization is currently being led by Noor Wali Mehsud, who is the Amir of TTP.

Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has announced to organize another press conference in New Delhi on Sunday (12 October 2025). This time he has also invited women journalists. This step has been taken after the severe criticism that he had to face for keeping out women journalists during the last press conference held on October 10. When pictures of that program surfaced on social media, many Indian journalist organizations, women’s rights activists and opposition leaders called it a shameful example of gender discrimination.

Only male journalists were included in Muttaki’s first press conference held in Delhi on 10 October. Women journalists, despite following the dress code, were not allowed to enter the venue. After this incident, the Editors Guild of India and the Indian Women’s Press Corps (IWPC) jointly condemned this decision. Both organizations issued statements calling it extremely discriminatory and unacceptable. He also said that such discrimination cannot be justified under any diplomatic privilege or Vienna Convention. After this protest, Muttaki’s team has now sent new invitations for Sunday’s press conference and called it an inclusive event.

India clarified that it had no role in organizing the event.

India’s Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) issued a statement on Saturday making it clear that the Government of India had no role in the press conference held in New Delhi. The ministry said that the invitations to the journalists were sent by the Afghan Consul General in Mumbai and the event took place in the Afghan Embassy premises, which does not come under India’s jurisdiction. MEA also said that this program was completely organized by the Afghan side and there was no interference of India in it.

Increasing restrictions on women under Taliban rule

The Taliban government in Afghanistan has imposed many strict restrictions on women since taking power in 2021. Women are increasingly being barred from working, pursuing higher education and participating in social activities. Recently, the Taliban has not only removed women from many jobs, but has also banned books written by women authors in universities. Along with this, 18 courses related to gender studies, human rights and development have also been closed. Due to these incidents, criticism of Taliban is continuously increasing at the international level.

The Taliban’s Higher Education Minister has claimed that ‘Charles Darwin’ has been removed from universities in Afghanistan. He says that now the country’s higher education system has become completely ‘Islamic’. Minister Neda Mohammad Nadeem said this at an international conference in Herat.

This conference was organized on improving the quality of higher education. He said that such courses were taught in universities during the previous governments, which were against Islamic values and spread moral corruption.

Intention to make students radical

The Ministry of Higher Education said in its statement that a total of 29 scholars and researchers from India, Pakistan, Britain, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Iran, Turkish and Uzbekistan along with public and private universities took part in this conference.

At this conference, some academics and researchers said that the Taliban wants to remove modern knowledge and scientific logic in the education system and bring subjects related to their ideology. He warned that the Taliban is doing this with the intention of making students radical.

What is Darwin’s ‘principle of evolution’?

The 19th century British scientist Charles Darwin is the most famous for the principle of development through Natural Selection. His theory says that all animals have been the same ancestor and gradually changes with time, which created new species. This idea of Darwin is still considered to be the foundation of modern biology.

Let us know that last month, the Taliban government changed some subjects to be taught in universities and higher education institutions and announced to include Sharia principles and its policies. According to the order of the Ministry, a total of 18 subjects were removed from the syllabus, which were considered ‘against Sharia and System Policy’. The ministry said that 201 other subjects were identified as ‘relative problems’ and will continue to be taught in a revised form.

US President Donald Trump has demanded the return of former American airbase from Afghanistan. On this demand of Trump, a defense official of the Taliban government in Afghanistan said on Sunday (September 21, 2025) that it is not possible to have any agreement on Bagram Airbase.

Bagram is the largest airbase in Afghanistan, north of the capital Kabool and was the center of all his campaigns against the airbase Taliban during the 20 -year long war.

Trump warns Taliban government

In fact, US President Donald Trump has threatened the Taliban government of Afghanistan that the US will take strict action against Afghanistan if it is not returned to it. Whereas four years ago, American soldiers left it.

The 79 -year -old US President wrote in a post on his Truth Social Platform, ‘If Afghanistan does not return the Bagram airbase to those who (America), he will have to face bad consequences. !!!’

Afghanistan’s Defense Ministry official made a statement

On this demand of Trump, Fasihuddin Fitrat, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Defense of Afghanistan, gave a statement to the local media, saying, “Some people want to withdraw this airbase through an agreement.” He said, ‘Recently some people have said that they are talking to Afghanistan to withdraw Bagram airbase. But we do not lose even an inch of land of Afghanistan for any one deal and we do not even need it.

Afghan government issued a statement threatened

After this, the Taliban government of Afitistan also issued an official statement in this regard, saying, “Afghanistan’s independence and regional integrity are the most important.”

Trump has criticized this decision several times

US President Donald Trump has repeatedly criticized the losing US rights on Bagram Airbase. This airbase becomes very important for America given the proximity with China. Donald Trump on Thursday (September 18, 2025) raised the talk of taking it back to the US for the first time during the UK visit to the UK.

The Taliban government in Afghanistan has taken a peculiar decision regarding communication. On the orders of Taliban’s supreme leader Hibbatullah Akhundzada, the fiber optic Internet in the northern Balkh province, Wi-Fi has been completely banned. The government has stated the objective of stopping immorality behind this decision.

This is the first time after the Taliban government has implemented such a ban after the power of Afghanistan overturned in 2021. Due to this decision of the Taliban government, the government work, private sector, public institutes and local citizens’ houses located in North Balkh province have been deprived of Wi-Fi internet.

What statement did the Taliban government give about the decision,

A Taliban government spokesperson in Afghanistan said on Tuesday (September 16, 2025) that the Taliban leader has banned fiber optic internet (Wi-Fi) in an Afghan province to prevent immorality. However, there will be no effect on mobile internet, it is still active.

While the spokesman of the provincial government Haji Ataullah Zaid said that due to the order of the former ban of leader Hibetullah Akhundzada, the facility of Wi-Fi has been banned.

Taliban government will develop alternative arrangements

Provincial government spokesperson Haji Ataullah Zaid issued a statement saying that the Taliban’s supreme leader has raised to stop immorality. Apart from this, an alternative system will be developed in the country itself to meet the needs.

However, he did not share any information in this regard in this regard, nor did he clearly explain why the northern Balkh province was chosen to ban Wi-Fi or this action would be implemented in other provinces of Afghanistan after the northern Balkh.

Sometimes the network is suspended due to security reasons

It is noteworthy that the mobile phone network is suspended to prevent any possible explosive activity, especially during religious festivals, especially during religious festivals, to prevent any possible explosive activity.

Russia recognise taliban government: A major decision of Russia, India’s most special friend, has made Pakistan consider all four. The Taliban government of Afghanistan said on Thursday (July 3, 2025) that Russia has officially become the first country to recognize its rule. The Taliban ambassadors are among the capitals of many other countries including China and Pakistan, but they have not officially recognized Islamic Emirates.

The announcement was made after a meeting held in Kabul between Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Amir Khan Mundki and Russia’s Ambassador Dimitri Jhirnov in Afghanistan. Mukki said in a post on X that this courageous decision would be an example for others. Now when the process of recognition has started, Russia was ahead of everyone.

Taliban Foreign Ministry spokesman Zia Ahmed Takl told AFP that Russia is the first country to officially recognize Islamic Emirates. Moscow special representative for Afghanistan Jamir Kabulov told Russia’s state news agency Riya Novosti that the government has recognized the Taliban government.

Putin’s master stroke
This big step of Putin is also considered a master stroke because it will challenge America’s regional influence and Pakistan will face serious strategic challenges. Trump did not support India in the process of showing himself neutral during Operation Sindoor

Big shock to Pakistan
This major setback for Pakistan is being considered because it has been an open supporter of the Taliban for a long time, but the Taliban has not yet recognized the government. In such a situation, the regional influence of Pakistan can now be weak, because now the Afghan government can make direct relations with the rest of the world through Russia.

India will benefit
Due to the friendship between Russia and India, Pakistan can now crush. There is a dispute between the Afghan government and Pakistan over the Tehreek-e-Taliban, because Pakistan believes that TTP is responsible for many attacks in their country.

Taliban’s relations with India have been slowly improving since 2021. Foreign Secretary Vikram Mistry met the Taliban leaders shortly before. The recognition of Russia will give the Taliban valid on the global stage and India will get opportunities to further strengthen the infrastructure in Afghanistan.
