He said, “It is not that our productivity has increased by 20 percent due to AI. This happens that when we feel mismatched a skill or we feel that we will not be able to hire that person. ”

The company still needs talented people: CEO

He further says, “It is not that we need fewer people now.” We are still looking for talented people and our work to train them will continue.
