TCS Dividend Alert: The country’s IT sector giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Thursday announced the results for the September quarter of the current financial year. During this period, the company’s net profit increased by 1.4 percent to Rs 12,075 crore. At the same time, the company’s revenue also increased by 2.39 percent to Rs 65,799 crore. Whereas in the same quarter of the last financial year it was Rs 64,259 crore. The company has achieved this position due to the increasing demand for digital services, cloud computing and automation solutions.

The company made the shareholders happy

After the excellent results of September quarter, the company is now going to please its investors. TCS has declared a dividend of Rs 11 per share for financial year 26. The company has also given information about record date and payment date for this. The benefit of dividend will be available only to those shareholders who hold shares of the company till the record date. TCS is one of the highest dividend paying companies on BSE and NSE.

When is the record date?

TCS said, we would like to inform you that in the board meeting held today, the directors have declared the second final dividend of Rs 11 on each equity share of the company worth Re 1. The company said that the dividend will be paid only to those equity shareholders of the company who will hold shares of the company till Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Whereas, the dividend will be paid on November 4, 2025.
